The service
Always Answered provides an AI voice receptionist that answers your business calls, takes booking and callback requests, and forwards them to you. You keep your existing phone number and can cancel any time.
Trial and billing
Your 14-day free trial begins when we activate your assistant. After the trial, monthly pricing (Starter $99, Growth $149, Pro $249) applies unless you cancel. No lock-in contracts.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide during onboarding, for complying with your local laws around call recording, and for handling bookings and customer requests we pass on to you.
Our responsibilities
We'll do our best to keep the service running reliably, protect your data, and fix issues quickly. We may occasionally need to pause the service for maintenance — we'll let you know.
Cancellation
Cancel any time by emailing us. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
